About Katie & Teryn

We are Katie Mecham and Teryn Williams, the Salt Lake Valley Vibes Team! We work with people in the Salt Lake Valley who need an advocate in their corner to discover the perfect place to live, including selling their current home to find the perfect home! Katie has been a business owner in the area for over ten years, and has served hundreds of families to date. Teryn has lived all over the country, but recently fell in love with Utah, and decided to make it her permanent home!
Helping people find their dream home makes us so proud and drives everything we do! If you’re looking for Realtors who work tirelessly and fiercely on your behalf, we would love to work with you! We treat every single client like family, and fight fiercely on your behalf. We also love to make the process fun and exciting, and as smooth for you as possible. By the end of your home buying/selling process, if you aren’t excited to tell your family and friends all about us, then we haven’t done our job!
When we’re not helping people with real estate, Katie can be found writing music, supporting and promoting local businesses, or spending time with her family. Teryn loves all things outdoors, cuddling her adorable fur baby, and cheering on her pro hockey-player boyfriend!
